Buttercup (5.24 in. x 4.11 in. x 6.15in.), is a project created due to my favorite character, Buttercup, from the Power Puff Girls. In this project
I built the character in Blender. It was the first project I made using the program after learning the basics. I used generic
shapes(mesh) assembled together to build out the shape of Buttercup in addition to a small model I owned which I used for
reference. The purpose was to get comfortable with the 3D space and learn: hot keys, meshes, extrusions, modifiers, and using
different render options. During the process I was able to plan ahead in designing the character and I also had to get creative
by thinking in simple terms (to build it) and add on to the simple shapes to make a more complex shape. In the end, with the help
of David Bayus I made modifications and finally helped her look more like the actual model, Buttercup.
